The importance of effective business meetings should never be underestimated. Producing an agenda and sticking to it is not enough, particularly if the meeting’s design is flawed from the outset.
The ability to facilitate meetings using appropriate process tools that uncover and organize relevant data while managing the communication and potential conflict within a group is a valuable, though often neglected skill. We train business owners, managers, supervisors, analysts, project managers and anyone else who is responsible for managing business meetings and their outcomes.
Drawing on the solid experience of facilitators in the DevelopingStrategy team and supported by current research to meet the rigorous requirements of a top university, we have developed a series of training programs and workshops that demonstrate and reinforce critical facilitation skills. This enables our clients to be self-sufficient in this area and ensures their business meetings are timely, effective and valuable.
To ensure practical application, each of our programs has been designed with the constraints of time and cost in mind. For this reason we are able to customize the content of each program to focus on a specific client scenario or discipline.
